Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. COPYRIGHT
CONTENT: All content (videos, workbooks, course written content, audio, and otherwise) is the sole property of Emily Jeffords. Students enrolled in any course or membership (free or paid) may view, print, download, and consume content as directed to do so. This content may not be shared with outside parties. To do so will lead to removal from the course and possible further legal action.
COURSEWORK: The booklets, workbooks, and worksheets included in the content are incredibly valuable to your success. Print them out and work through them but do not share them with another party. To do so is in clear violation of these terms and conditions. You may share your completed course work with a business partner, employee, trusted advisor, or partner, but distributing course content is grounds for legal action.
ACCOUNT SECURITY: Your account is your own and may not be shared with another person (yep, that includes your friend or partner).
Emily Jeffords Studio does not retain login information and might not be able to assist you in re-entering your account should you have trouble doing so. We are not privy to your sensitive login information for security reasons, though we are able to provide you a link to reset your Kajabi password should you forget it.
IMAGES AND ARTWORK: All images, video, graphics, and artwork shown in this platform is either 1) owned by, photographed by, or created by Emily Jeffords. If Emily Jeffords Studio does not hold the copyright for any media it shall be credited as such.
2. Community Guidelines
It's important that this community feel safe, secure, and trusting. It's nearly impossible to learn and be open when you feel unsafe. To this end, we take the health of our community VERY seriously.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the community

3. PRIVACY POLICY: We work to encourage healthy interactions between all students/members and ensure the safety of individual students/members as they express themselves.
- Emily Jeffords Studio may not publicly share any past and current students'/members' personal information, posts, or comments shared within Kajabi, the Making Art Work 2020 Facebook Group, or The Collective Facebook Group without explicit written consent from all parties.
- Past and current students/members may not publicly share any personal information, posts, or comments shared within Kajabi, the Making Art Work 2020 Facebook Group, or The Collective Facebook Group without explicit written consent from all parties.
- No email or social media direct message correspondence between past and current students/members and Emily Jeffords Studio may be shared publicly unless with explicit written consent from all parties.
Violation of our privacy policy will result in immediate termination of the student/member's course/membership access and the student/member will be removed from the respective Facebook Group.
4. REFUND: I want you to be so happy and fulfilled by this course (Making Art Work) and/or membership (The Collective). In order to do so, please make your best effort to review and absorb the content. It is designed for your success!
However, if you feel this course or membership isn't for you, here's how to proceed:
The Collective: You are free to leave the membership at any time. Monthly subscribers will have access to all content until deactivating your account (under your profile image in Kajabi). After that point, all access to the content and membership will be revoked. This is a digital membership and, similar to Amazon Prime or Netflix, you have full access to the services only while paying for them.
Monthly subscribers, payment is auto-drafted from your account in a monthly cycle.
Yearly subscribers, payment is auto-drafted every 12 months.
Membership refunds: If you get into the membership and decide it is not for you, that's totally fine! I offer a 14 day refund period. After the 14-day trial period, no refunds are given for The Collective. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Courses: In the event that you decide Making Art Work is not the right decision for you or your business, you may request to withdraw from this course within 14 days of the course start date (by the 14th day at 11:59 EST).
After day 14, we will have moved too far into the course to issue a refund. We do not issue partial refunds. All payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days and with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
For both The Collective Membership and the Making Art Work Course:
All refunds after the 14-day period are discretionary as determined by Emily Jeffords or members of her team.

Free content: no refund will be given for free content. If you do wish to include free content in your library, we are happy to remove it on your behalf.
